Warranty

When you purchase aftermarket parts from us, warranty coverage is provided by the individual manufacturer of the part. Warranty periods, terms, and conditions vary by brand and are not uniform across all aftermarket products.

- All warranty claims must be processed through The Truck Lot and are limited to part replacement only. Labour, diagnostics, removal, installation, or any related costs are not covered under aftermarket warranties.

- Each aftermarket manufacturer has its own specific requirements and procedures for warranty claims. If a warranty situation arises, the applicable manufacturer’s guidelines must be followed, which may include:

  • Requiring the defective part to be returned for inspection prior to approval of a replacement, or requiring the purchase of a replacement part with a credit issued once the original part is returned.
  • Requesting that the defective part be retained for a specified period of time before disposal, pending manufacturer review or approval.

Warranty eligibility and approval are determined solely by the manufacturer of the aftermarket part.

Core Returns

All parts with core charges applied have to be returned to The Truck Lot.

All cores must follow the below rules to qualify for a core refund, please follow them the best that you can.

  • The old part must be returned in the original box you received the new part in.
  • Packaging must be in original condition, with no added markings (writing, labels, stickers, tape, etc.) and not damaged.
  • Part labels cannot be covered or written on in any way.

Cost of return shipping is deducted from the total core refund.
